Adding Partition Table to Streams

Steps for adding a Partitioned table:

1. Stop the capture process(S)
2. Setup logging & supplemental logging for the table (S)
3. Add capture rules on the table (S)
4. Add propagation rules on the table(S)
5. Set Instantiation of table from Source(S)
6. Export, Import of table(Data) from Source(S) to Target (T)
7. Add apply rules to the table(T)
8. Start the capture process(S)
